general terms of service!
GENERAL
- There will be a small watermark on the piece which you may NOT remove.
- You are allowed to post/use the illustration on social media, with direct credit in the post (not in the comments.) if used as a profile picture, credit will go in the bio.
- Commercial Fee is only applicable if you plan on making merchandise or plan on using it as a stream asset, (this does not include icon usage.) See here.PAYMENTS
- Payment must be upfront
- For commissions over $100: if you're unable to pay in full, I will accept 50% to 75% up front and the remaining 50% or 25% when you're able to pay it.REVISIONS
- Progress updates will be sent for; the rough sketch and clean up/lineart and flat colors.
- During these two stages, the client is allowed 3 free revisions for each, anything more than that will be charged, see description.
- After the final piece is received, I will not make any major changes (ie: color changes, pose changes, outfit changes, etc.)
- It is up to the client to give feedback and ask for revisions, if the client does not give feedback when an update is sent, I will not work on it further until the client responds.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Time of completion will be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the style and/or size of the commission.
- Time of completion can vary, as it is influenced by how quickly the client responds to updates, and how many revisions there are during the process.
- If the client needs/wants the commission in a shorter amount of time, there is a priority fee. See here.USE
- Client cannot claim artwork as their own, if the work is posted, I must be credited directly every time.

- I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork.
- The artwork will be uploaded to social media as well as my online portfolio.
- I have the right to use the client's commission, as well as the process of said art to promote myself.

GENERAL

- There will initially be two progress updates; concept sketches, and cleanup/lineart and color passes
- The client will receive three concept sketches and three color passes.
- During these periods, the client is allowed 4 revisions for both the concept sketches and passes.

refund policy
